Or time to ignore the future and appreciate the past in ways you've never done before! :thumbsup:Um.. welcome to the future?
I would think so.Well nobody cares at this point because every other website had reviews up weeks ago.
Does intel still provide review samples to AT? I could see why they wouldn't.
Wow. So much negativity from one delayed review! Intel were slow getting their review sample to AT, and they have been busy with articles like the excellent Midgard deep dive. Chill
Money aside, I do understand why Anandtech has slowed down greatly on the PC side of things. There simply hasn't been much of anything interesting aside from the occasional +10% performance boost. I don't really care for mobile myself, and I find many of the pc related articles to be woefully predictable due to above, so I rarely go to the main page nowadays.
Think what you may about Tom's Hardware, they have stayed much more focused on the PC than Anand. They still have monthly articles on best cpu and gpu (which seems Anand is copying), the various tier system builder articles, and much more timely reviews of PC hardware than anand has recently. Not to mention frame pacing in gaming reviews.
So I dont give anand a free pass just because the landscape is changing, when other sites seem to be able to still devote considerable resources to the PC.
Anand historically does much more in depth reviews that take more time. It is better to be patient and wait for quality instead of rushing and getting an incomplete review that leaves you wanting more.
Why?Well nobody cares at this point because every other website had reviews up weeks ago.

Why haven't the reviews ever been this delayed historically in that case?
Because of the massive anti-Intel conspiracy, duh!
Give Jihe a break. The reason some think Intel would slight Anand is because of the paid AMD center, which sort of masquerades as news articles while actually being paid advertising by AMD. Personally, since there are ads plastered all over this site (and pretty much every other tech site) from various manufacturers, I dont see it as evidencing any major bias toward AMD, but it is treading on shaky ground IMO, and needs to be made clearer that it is in fact paid advertising.
You've landed on the AMD Portal on AnandTech. This section is sponsored by AMD. It features a collection of all of our independent AMD content, as well as Tweets & News from AMD directly. AMD will also be running a couple of huge giveaways here so check back for those.
