About window doesn't mean anything. I think all the RCs show the same window.

Working great on my Vista x64,yes its faster then Firefox 2.

Some of my extensions still work so I'm happy,just some of my Firefox themes not working, but I know most of them will be updated to work with Firefox 3 sooner or later.

really glad to see that after i add it as a security exception <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="https://www.deltacargo.com/">https://www.deltacargo.com/</a> is viewable correctly and i don't have to use IE or an IE extension

notice there is a little more pop and possible faster access to cache

Is it ok to install firefox 3 over firefox 2 or should I do a fresh install and manually transfer all my extensions and bookmarks to Firefox 3 ? How did everyone else do it here and how did it turn out?

I installed over FF2 with about 10 extensions and it worked fine. I had 3-4 extensions that didn't play well with FF3 and I just uninstalled those manually.

Thanks. Just tried and worked great. I notice a huge speed improvement when going page from page. Pretty shocked at how much of a improvement. Hate the new smartbar or whatever it is called. Though the speed increase is well worth it.
