Where is the sort by date and Pull down menu?

I want my post sort by date and Pull down menu back.

Instead of giving me some chessy and candy-like layout, I want the functionality BACK.

Who wants to see stuff sorted by last post? We need it sorted by first post! Otherwise the 136th "GOT ONE!" goes to the top instead of the deal that might only be available for an hour and just went up.
