The worst place I've had one is under my nose, above my top lip. It seems those ones stick out like a sore thumb and hurt like hell.

yes, inside the nose sucks. you can feel it all the time and it's hard to get to. also inside the ear lobe.

A friend once got a giant one right on the tip of his nose, and it made his nose look all long and pointy. Poor guy.
