Get 4-pin if you aren't sure what kind you have. Also the higher letter version is louder and more powerful. I opted for the lower letter one. I forget what the letters are though.

L1As are quiet with moderate flow. M1As are higher flow but slightly louder- suprisingly the dB rating for M1As are the same as most other "quiet" fans like the Sunnon low output quiet fan but with higher airflow.

H1As IMO defeat the purpse of Panaflos- that of quiet yet good airflow

In case DrSmoothie runs out directron is still showing some 120's in stock if you are in need. But the price is not near as good as teamawe's.

Yes, Teamawe is the verifiable bomb.

His store started when we people over at the Ars Technica BBS got together to get a group deal (100+ fans in the order) for Panaflo fans direct from Panasonic. The original coordinator had to bow out due to personal problems, and Joe Awe (AKA Teamawe) stepped in. After the deal went through, he got constant requests for the fans, and so he decided that he would just carry the fans and sell them for a small profit per fan.

I have dealt with him twice, he's one of the best vendors that I have dealt with (along with 2Cool from http://www.2cooltek.com ), and I would not hesitate to deal with him again.

I have to agree with the above....Teamawe was great to deal with and the L1A's are nice, quiet fans....
