Northern Michigan, probably.. has wildlife, fresh water and infinite supply of timber. Oh and its sparsely populated and for the most part has fertile soil.

Gov't auctions decommissioned silos sometimes. You can't get into them w/o a nuke and you can't smoke em out if set up right. Plus they are hidden like a mofo rurally.

Course I'd store up foods, hydrogen for fuel, a million gallons of water ... basically Vaultech.

Yup, boss was telling me about a guy who bought one of these on auction for something like 25K. He then renovated it out and lives in it. Considering they were designed to survive low yield tactical nuke strikes. I think they could survive a zomebie rush.

Grow a little field and raise some animals inside.
