Hmm....closest one to me is just over 22 miles away. Still, if I was renting two or three at once, might be ok. Anybody got an impression on selection, and how long you get to keep them?

I just wanted to add that my local wherehouse has been renting them for awhile as well and it was a great deal. Unfortunately they have decided to stop their rental program on April 12, I am not sure if it is just my local store or if it is national. The reason the cashier told me was that they would make more money just selling them than renting them out. You might want to ask your store and check it out.

we've always done rentals for $1 a night, and if you're a AAA member, if you rent 3, one of them is free for a night.

unfortunately this sunday we're not renting anymore. all our corporate office sees is a 'loss' on rentals, even though we have a very loyal rental base and they always buy stuff from our store.

though stores with rentals will be selling their previously rented movies for $9.95 i believe, and are 100% guaranteed for 30 days.
