Whic AMD T-BIRD @ 1GIG? 200 or 266? and which one has AXIA? what is AXIA?

Just told all of u I am gonna buy a AMD 1GIG T-BIRD with a ABIT mobo (kt7a-raid) because I want a mobo that will support the higher cpus afterwards like the 1.33 and so on which run on 266 mhz FSB. So which one should I get? 200 or 266 FSB. BTW, What is AXIA?

If you are not going to overclock, buy an 266FSB 1GHz processor.

You don't need to know what is AXIA if you don't plan to overclock. Well, you can know what it does, but it won't interest you.

As you may know, not all 750s or 800s processors are the same. Some are made in different batchs, and some of 'em maybe even got some little modifications without warning. AXIA is just a stepping (codename) of that batch... and it looks like that this batch can support a faster operational speed than the one stamped on the chip, that's why it's an overclocker's dream to have one of these.
