I have to choose a couple of 2080ti (for deep learning), and I have to stack them tightly: two cards will occupy 4 slots.
Now, these are the facts:
1. I cannot go for an open air design, otherwise the first card would not breathe.
2. I could go for a blower design. But then, by experience, a blower design will thermal throttle on a such powerful card, even with a good airflow in the case.
3. The only viable option would be to buy a cheapo couple of 120mm AIOs and use them with the Kraken G12.
So, let me ask:
1. Apart from the FE, which 2080ti models are compatible with the G12 (e.g. not too much different from the reference design PCB)
2. From the images gathered around the web it is still unclear to me whether the G12 stays in a dual slot space, by width. Anyone using it could please check?
