Which 7950s have good VRM cooling?

It's stated in reviews that the Sapphire Vapor-X cooling system does not cool the VRMs well at all and they run really hot.

So I'm wondering which 7950s have good cooling solutions that cool not only the GPU and the VRAM but also the VRMs.

Does the HIS IceQ X2 system do that well?

How about Gigabyte's Windforce 3X?

HIS HD 7950 iceq x2 has good VRM cooling. excellent cooler. the card is very long at 311mm. so check if it will fit in your case.

I have one, and I can confirm it. It is truly an amazing card that I can OC to 1175 MHz while still undervolting, but as soon as I start going up in voltage the VRMs get too hot. The VRM cooling is the main thing that is keeping me from hitting 1300 MHz.

My Sapphire 7950 OC (This model is no longer made, it was the very first model) has a big plate that contacts all memory with holes cut out for the VRM's to stick through. The air from the fans blows through the heat sink, and then onto the VRM's and plate on the memory.

It seems to work fairly well.

I have the His ICEQ2 7950 and the VRM cooling is better than my MSI one IMO. Unfortunately I don't know what program can read the VRM temps on the HIS card (Afterburner doesn't), if in fact it can be read. The cooling is definitely more substantial than the MSI card though.
