Which airline for frequent flyer awards...?

Got over 100,000 w/ Delta. Gonna use it for a round trip business class ticket to Europe. When I am back, I don't want to continue w/ Delta. Which one do you recommend?

Depends on your hub.

In general, United or American are the easiest at booking flights. They also have the largest networks.

In terms of credit cards, get the AMEX Starwood Card.

It really depends on where you travel. I have both AA and United and both are good, but I wish would have stuck with one or the other. Check out AA 1st. They have better upgrade options.

southwest doesn't let you fly to europe.... or earn miles on other airlines that are part of its "alliance."

but the free flight was good, along with the drink coupons.

i currently have a free flight anywhere in the US with a one class upgrade, or one free ticket to hawaii on united. i don't know what to use it on yet.

Right, but the rest of the airlines have tickets that are impossible to transfer whereas the rapid rewards program is awesome. I wouldn't use the 40-50 plane tickets I'll get this year anyways so it works out for me.

Never had a problem giving free award travel to my friends through United.
