Which AMD GPU is equivalent to the R9 380X now? (relative to what AMD currently offer)

I haven't kept up with pandemic-era graphics cards and I'm not particularly serious about buying a replacement graphics card right now either, but I'm curious to know in theory if I wanted a current-gen AMD graphics card that is in the same position in AMD's offerings as the R9 380X was in its era. Obviously I can't go by price, I basically can get an RX6500XT for the same price and there are many more models above it than AFAIK there were in the 380X's time (AFAIK, the models above the 380X was the 390 and 390X? Were there some X2s as well?).

Yeah you would be looking at a 6700XT or 6750XT. And these are pretty good cards with 12GB of video memory and there have been some good deals on them lately.

380X had 4 cards above it. 390, 390X, Fury, and Fury X. There was also a pretty big jump from 380X to 390 - twice the ROPs, ~twice the bandwidth, 25% more shaders.

I'd agree with the 6750XT / slightly slower 6700XT (slower memory). There's a pretty solid jump to the 6800 - 50% more ROPs and 50% shaders, around 20-33% more bandwidth depending on SKU.
