Which brand Video Card do you have?

8800GS needs RMA for dead fan.

Right now I have a Gainward Radeon 4870 1GB, His Radeon 3870 512mb ICQ3, XFX GeForce 8800 GT 512mb Alpha Dog and Powercolor Radeon 4770.

Last three cards have been EVGA. I'm really surprised how few say BFG being they have similar products, warranties and slightly lower prices than EVGA.

MSI. Not my top choice, but it's what I could find. Looks like I may be able to flash its BIOS to the oc-unlocked version without warranty repercussions though.

My last 3 cards were all EVGA.

6600gt of unknown origin buried in the closet somewhere. or maybe in my cousin's rig. or something.

imho the two best ati vendors today are xfx (double lifetime) and asus (voltage tweak). I have also owned sapphire and his and the experience was perfect with both of them, though I didn't oc video cards back then and never had to rma one.

Yeah I'd personally put sapphire HIS and asus tied for third ATI man. based on what I've heard

MSI is starting to get into the tweaking game - they've got their Afterburner app now (another RivaTuner derivative, like EVGA Precision, functionally almost identical) but it has a voltage slider for cards with programmable controllers. Unfortunately, if you have a non-ASUS RV870 card, the default BIOS still doesn't let you OC more than 50 MHz, but at least MSI did release a pair of unlocked BIOS for those with the intestinal fortitude to flash the card. Unlocked from the get-go would have been nicer, though.

eVGA 9800GT 512MB. I am currently waiting in the new NVidia cards before upgrading.
It pretty much runs every game at high to medium, so I'm in no rush for an upgrade.

I just hope NVidia's new flagship cards delivers in both performance and price.
