Which Card to buy??

I currently have a crappy Kryo2 from Hercules. I want a new one. I need your help to pick out the best one for my 1.2 @ 1.4 and upgading in future system. I want excellent dvd, game playback, but I want it between $50 and $150. No more and maybe less. Here are what I want, give me your opinions:

ATI Radeon 7500
NVIDIA Geforce2 Ti by PixelView or any other brand

With $150 you can get a Geforce 3 Ti200!. So forget getting the Geforce 2.

Here is one place that has the Retail AOpen GF3 Ti200 for $145(+S/H):

I currently have a GeForce2Ti from pixelview. It performs well. I would personally wait for the Geforce4.

Seeing as how you want excellent DVD playback, I can only recommend the Radeon 7500.

You could buy a Radeon 7200, which is about $70, but that has SDR SDRAM...
