I like italian myself, but you can make a case for many of 'em. The Italians taught the French how to cook (Catherine de Medici anyone?) and James Beard made American cooking great. If you've ever been to new orleans, you know what I'm saying 'Sides, you can't beat an American steak.
My 14 days at Hong Kong was the best 14 days of my life as far as eatin was concerned. Kinda odd that I don't remember any of the names of the dishes I had though... Probably would have if I could read the menu...
speaking about experience, i have been to so many countries, but nothing beats the seafood i had in malaysia, which encapsulated chinese, thai, malay and indian cuisine
ANYONE who's ever been to this area will tell you we're the luckiest people when it comes to food.
