Which CPU is better?

Which CPU is better for an Android tablet PC:
Allwinner A10 1GHz (Cortex A8, GPU Mali400)
TeleChips 8923 1,2GHz (Cortex A5, GPU Mali400)

Yeah, the A5 is supposed to be a more power efficient design as well, so it might save on battery in addition to being faster.

Are you sure the A5 is better? I don't know much about tablet chips, but shouldn't A8 be better than A5 (i5 is better than i3)? Or is that extra 200Hz so much? This is what it says on the manufacturer's site:
