Which do you think will perform better in gaming?

ok i got 2 systems here and i am considering buying one....i might be selling my old system and getting one of these two i am wondering which is gunna be better performace wise(gaming mainly)...and please AMD fanboys and Intel Fanboys dont battle it out here.....i will also be doing work on this system(school,photoshop)

The AMD rig would/is better for gaming..........but exchange the (2x) 6600GT's and just get a 6800GT..........SLI is pointless unless its a 7800GT ot GTX SLI rig

2nd one, but you REALLY don't want to go with SLI, big waste of money. Get a 7800 GT, you will be very happy. You can step down and get an MSI, ABIT, EPOX mobo instead as well. I personally would go with a 1 gig stick of memory(leaves upgrade room). I would get an NEC 3550a DVD Burner also.

The important issue here is your case and PSU choice. We need to know so you don't buy some generic PSU and fry something(very likely of generics, I know many people who have regretted buying one, myself included). A very good choice would be an Antec Sonata 2 though.

ok well in that case ill just go with theintel( i am an intel guy anyway) the only thing that was dragging me to the AMD side was the SLI.....hmm and i would build my own(usally do) but even i cant build a system that good for that cheap....i dont think
