Which Fat burners do you use??

Ive been using Xenadrin for a week now and ive lost 5 pounds...this is without ANY cardio excercise at all (no running, biking etc...)....i was just wondering which other ones u guys use...and if Hydroxycut is better then Xenadrine?

Very nice results...feeling dehydrated at all?

BTW, I use Ripped Fuel but it's more a workout supplement than a fat-burner

not dehydrated at all...and taking them right before i lift gives me a nice little boost on my bench

Ripped fuel is almost identical to Xenadrine. Same stuff in there basically. DAMN there have been a lot of these threads lately.

i just have an increadibly fast metoblism... 5'11" 135 lbs. i eat fast food and bacon and other quality food regularly, in pretty large amounts. i cant gain wieght if i try.

i know thers caffeine in it and Xenadrine has more herbal stuff and the other brands have more lab formula stuff...

I have a medium-fast metabolism but I probably eat *way* more than you...I have to work pretty hard to stay on the ball

None for me. I've lost 10 pounds (from 207 to 197) in about two months by changing my diet a bit, and riding my exercise bike. I thought about using some, but I don't want to have to depend on spending money on some product to keep my weight down. My goal is to get to 185-187 and stay around there with exercise and not eating as much of the crap I used to eat (i gotta have a little junk food sometimes).

we can't contribute, therefore we post. Isn't that what you wanted? If you can contribute don't post, the opposite of that is if you can't contribute do post.


I use fat burner called fatty food/body fat + oxygen

xOrganic fat + xO2--->xH2O+xCO2

Aerobic exercise is the ORIGINAL fat burner. Try it someday, you may like it.

I need to invest in these fat burners in a hurry, then get out before everyone finds out it's a waste of money, and very possibly unhealthy.
If you eat a spoon of bran in a glass of water (yuk)--or any other non-caloric filler-- 3 hours after your evening meal and don't eat anything till next day, you too will lose weight.

BTW, how much does this stuff cost?
Also BTW, the big secret of losing weight: burn more than you eat.
