Where you go isn't NEARLY as important as who you work for.... your advisor determines your research topic, the number of publications you have, and the "experiences" you'll get (i.e. what conferences you'll speak at or visit, the people you'll meet in the industry, etc). So do some soul-searching and think about what YOU want to do..... like what area of computer science you want to study.... then ask a professor at your current university WHO studies this sort of thing. You'll determine the where when you determine the who.
Best of luck to you!
