Which group do you think is more hardcore? Fatwallet or SlickDeals?

I stopped going to Fatwallet because of some of the people on there. They're fucked in the head. Not saying the same isn't true of Slickdeals, but I never really ventured into their forums so I didn't have to put up with it. With Fatwallet, you basically have to just to get more than a few deals.

I visit FW more often, but I go to SD if I need more info. SD is just more active.

FW every now and then polls about whether I'd recommend FW to my friends and family. I usually answer something like, "ulikely." They've asked why, and I tell them that it's because most of my friends and family are not very Web-centric. If they get on FW, they'd get creamed... not a friendly forum for noobs.

I like them both but IMO FWF = making money and SD = saving money on purchases.

FWF = I make money by 2&#37; cash back CC on everything so I make about $100 or so a month from my personal and business purchases. Reward checkings with 3% to 4%, balance transfer, bonus money with open checking accounts and on and on. Some of those guys are hard core.

SD = I save money from coupons/codes. Bought a Dell Studio laptop for about $400 after coupons/codes/Bing cashback a few months ago (right before Bing cb shut down) then upgraded 8GB of DDR3 RAM for about $55.

Now ya'll excuse me, I need to go and check those two sites and see if anything good pop up.
