Which is more accurate SleepIQ or FitBit??

I have a sleep number bed and a fitbit.
The fitbit is linked to the bed.
SleepIQ always gives me a better score......

What do you think???

They are calculations provided by two separate companies using a metric that is unregulated. AT BEST they could be used to compare against themselves over time. Trying to compare the results of one system to another is pure folly.

Which is the best one? The one you own.
