I don't know if this poll would be 'scientifically' accurate. Who used all four and determined the best?

Most will just vote what they use/know. I use CCleaner and I love it.

They are all placebos. Ask Dr. Pizza -- he wrote a program to pollute the registry with thousands of entries and it didn't slow things down in any meaningful way.

You're the same guy who posted the "What's The Best Gaming Computer Company" thread that got locked.
He's gone from asking what the best gaming PC company to buy from is because he "DOESN'T WANT TO BUILD HIS OWN COMPUTER".
Then he says he wants to build a computer for between $4k and $5k (sure...), then a guy GIVES HIM a high end PC.
I'm calling bullshit on every one of his posts.
Sad.

Actually that would be interesting to try. I wonder if the registry has any kind of limits like how many keys can be under another key etc... could be fun to play with in a VM.

Not crapping up your registry with garbageware in the first place.

Wait, wtf is this in OT. :\

CCleaner may be the most popular, but my experience says RegistryBooster by Uniblue is better. It carries a Microsoft gold certificate as well.

Ergo, "None of the above" or "other" would be my poll response.

Caveat! Cleaning the registry is frought with peril and must be used judiciously. Windows 7 has a built in cleaner as well.

You should add a "NONE" option. There is little point in "cleaning" your registry.
