Any other 400 something watt PSU recommendatiosn are good too

Also, are PC Power and Cooling PSUs any good. I hear alot of good stuff about them, but newegg doesnt even carry them.

you might like antecs ability to throttle fans. it constantly changes the speed of its internal fans and the fans hooked upto the "fan only" power connectors based on the tem of the case. i use a large 120MM fan that pushes 150CFM, but i put it on the fan only connector of my antec truepower so it only gives it the full juice when its needed to quickly cool the computer.

TTGI is my choice. They have the beefiest heatsinks I've seen on a PSU, and the best fans also. I got the 550 watt version, which is rated for dual cpus. Extremely stable and even has a variable resisitor to increase your voltage. I believe they are also sold under the Vantec name when rebadged. You can find them at Directron at very reasonable prices.
