I will need your expert guidance in choosing the right laptop. I will use this laptop as my primary system mainly playing Games such as Battle field 3, Skyrim, Hitman absolution, some MMOs etc., watching movies and some general computing.

ACER
The Prices for Acer Laptops Launched in India are not known to me. Since Spec is changed from Gt 630m to gt 640m in i3 and i5 versions(according to Acer India official website) prices also might have changed . Though Last year's models were Priced as
#1. V3-571G-73614G50Makk(i7 - 3610QM)= Around Rs 50,000 to 55,000(920 to 1012 USD)
#2. V3-571G-33114G75Makk(i3 - 3110M)= Around Rs. 38,000 to 4,0000(699.2 to 736 USD).
#3. V3-571G-53214G75Makk(i5 - 3210M)= Around Rs. 41,000 to 44,000(754.4 to 809.6)
All GPUs(730m and 640m) are DDR3.
I want to go with dell New! Inspiron 14R because of its good looks and GPU (and better screen and build quality in general as compared to Acer laptops). But before i go with my decision i want to clear a few doubts.
1) How well Inspiron Laptops will perform in Games which are CPU intensive as these Inspiron Laptops comes with ULV processors.
2) How better is GT 730m as compared to GT 640m in practical gaming experience since its core is clocked higher by 100MHz(i know that does not necessarily mean 730m is better than 640m also 730m is just re-badged 640m ) . I don't trust Notebookcheck.net so Please try to compare these two cards based on your knowledge or from some experts' forums.
3) Will it increase the gaming performance by moving from "ULV processer+GT 730m" to "mainstream Processor(i3 or i5) + GT 640m" or vice versa .
And finally which one of these is best performance to price ratio machine.
