First off I just want to thank Xtknight for that very informative Buyer's Guide he has posted-it has helped me understand many aspects of an LCD monitor. I'm considering switching from my ancient Viewsonic 19'' CRT monitor to a 22'' LCD Widescreen monitor. I am considering the 22'' models because I have found that anything above 24 inches makes me a bit dizzy, and the 24-inch models are seemingly out of my budget, so the 22'' models that manufacturers are making nowadays seem perfect for me. I would like to purchase from a retailer that has brick and mortar stores, since major retailers, such as CompUSA or Staples allow you to return the purchase at any store, and have warranty plans that you can purchase.
Here are the two I am mulling over, but feel free to make any recommendations if you think something is better:
