Which Mini wireless card to choose? Intel or Broadcom

Which Mini wireless card to choose?
I'm looking at these 2 mini wireless cards Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230 or Broadcom BCM94313HMGBL to replace in my laptop since the first one went bad, just wanting to pick the best module that gives best reception/ features THanks

If anyone has more knowledge on this i would appreciate the input thanks again

Either. The are both equivalent. Make sure you have all the antenna connectors you need. Be aware that some vendors BIOS lock out the PCI-E port to only accept certain cards. HP is known to do this.

thanks for the heads up. noticed the broadcom is boasting Bluetooth 4.0 and the intel says it has dual band

If your own Wireless is Dual Radio AGN you need a comparable card.

Otherwise when it come to Laptop's cards it does not matter much.

Overall there is No one vendor that is better than the others,each vendor has some cards that work better than other cards of the others Vendors.

The specific cards that are used in MacBooks Pro are very good.

I personally prefer the intel, I've had much better luck with stability and speeds. Plus I think their wireless utility is much nicer.

i think the macbooks use the broadcom chipset
my wireless router is a dual band linksys 5200
