Which modular around 500w?

Around $70 or under even if I have to wait for a sale.
Smaller the better. Running i7 3770k, nvidia 760, 8gb ram, 2 256gb ssd, a few fans.

Currently have some Rosewill 500w unit, but it seems bigger than any power supply i've seen and about 2 thousand cables. I would like to slim down and reduce cable clutter.

So many choices and I've been out of the loop. Help!

Only a one year warranty....pass.

I've seen these go on sale for $49, but $69 isn't bad either:

Honestly, I'd try to stretch the budget $15 and get this:

Awesome performance, gold cert'd, and while not completely modular, the only two hardwired cables are ones you'll need to use anyway, the 24 pin ATX connector and the 8 pin ATX 12V/EPS connector. But it's just outside your $70 budget.
