which monitor should i buy

The links work for me, I presume you know 1 is an LCD and one is an LED. If you are willing to pay the extra £70 the second link (w2486l) is technically a better screen although other than a better contrast ratio they are pretty similar. The more expensive one is a lot more energy efficient aswell although you are going to have to have it turned on for a long time to recoup your £70.

indeed the first link is lcd however the led which is teh sercond link is inferior to the first link becasue it has not that much Brightness (cd/m2) and the viewing angle is less than the lcd monitor
although im open for any moniotor suggestion beside those two monitor

They're both LCDs; They just have different backlights.

I didn't really look at the details, but assuming they're both TN panels, just get the cheaper one. £70 seems too much for just the LED backlight.
