Which motherboard should I get?

I need an AGP motherboard for my system, and I just can't decide. The MSI Neo2 Platinum looks great, but lots of people on NewEgg keeped getting theirs shipped DOA. Did this happen to anyone else? How long did it take to RMA?

As for the Abit AV8, it's now too expensive (NewEgg took back the nice rebate they had on it) so I guess that's out of the question, but it looked like a pretty solid motherboard.

Does anyone know how the MSI Neo2-F is different than the Neo2 Platinum?

Also, has anyone had any experience with this board? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813187010

It has the best price right now, but I'm a little worried since I've never really heard of the company and since nobody's reviewed it on NewEgg...

The EPoX EP-9NDA3J looks like a very good MoBo for me, because I plan on doing a little bit of overclocking, and it just seems like a good, stable board. However, people said the SATA was placed right under the AGP slot, and that it was very annoying trying to set that up. Some people just decided not to use their SATA. They said that if you have a dual slot AGP card or something-to forget about using the SATA. I got in on the refurb X800XTPE deal, and I don't know if it's dual-slot or if it has a heatsink that will be a problem with the SATA. Here's a picture of what I'm talking about:

More info on why the board is bad on this page: http://www.hardwarezone.com/articles/view.php?id=1518&cid=6&pg=4

Overall, the MSI Neo2 Platinum looks like it is the best board by far, but how stable is it? Some people said their DIMM sockets went bad or something when they tried to overclock--stuff like that.

I just want feedback from you guys, which motherboard should I get?

I would get the Neo2 platinum, but if you need to save a few bucks, the differences are:

-No Firewire
-Only one LAN
-Only 2 SATA ports
-Not as good overclocking.

the difference between MSI Neo2-F and the Platinum is that....Platium offers more additional functions......Im not really a MSI person but

for example

Asus A8N SLI
compared to
Asus A8N SLI Premium

The A8N SLI is just a stock one....same as the reference motherboard from Nvidia while the Premium is addition features such as WIreless inbuilt, passive cooling, just more functions

if you are on a budget diet.....go for the basics....
