Which motherboard?

Hey..

Need a little help regarding purchase of a motherboard.

I have an AMD64 Opteron 165 (one of the good steppings) and 2gb PQI DDR400 TCCD CAS2-2-2-5 (4x 512mb).

A few 'essential things' is that I need 3 PCI slots (since I'm a musician and record a lot of things, so I need the slots) and 4x SATA2.

I've had my eyes on DFI Expert, but just read a few negative lines regarding poor TCCD support.

Which motherboard is the best in my situation?

PS. I like boards that packs a lot of onboard features.. or something Oh, I am going to overclock it!

If you're going to overclock, I have to recommend the DFI Lanparty UT nF4 Ultra-D. I'm not very familiar with PQI, so I dunno if there's any compatibility issues with it and the DFI board, as the board can be quite picky when it come to memory.

If you want to overclock, the new eVGA mobo overclocks almost the same as the DFI.
AnandTech did a review (its the same as the Jetway 939gt4sli or somthing)
eVGA hired Jetway to make the boards so they are identical, and they match or beat the DFI in every overclock bench, and for half the price.

First of all, I'd go with an Epox 9npa+ Ultra for the motherboard. It's got pretty good overclocking features and PCI slots that aren't obstructed by your video card. The memory is a pretty good choice too, I have 1 gig of PQI Turbo RAM (the lower end stuff, but still TCCD) and it works perfectly, but since you want 2 gigabytes, though, I'd go with a 2x 1 gig kit of Crucial Ballistix PC4000 or something like that, since 4x512 sticks tend to decrease performance.

Another vote for the Epox 9NPA+Ultra.

I love mine with TCCD.

I already have them from my previous system..
