Which movie to see tonight: The Good Shepherd or Blood Diamond?

Both seem really interesting to me, but I think I'm leaning towards The Good Shepherd.

Update: I saw Blood Diamond. It was an excellent movie!

I saw The Good Shepherd last night and it was awesome.

I was debating on these two last night, but was only able to see Rocky because of the time it played at. Going in i was not excited to see rocky at all, but man that was a great movie. I'm glad i saw it.

I have seen both, and I think that Blood Diamond is a better and more pertinent movie. Although I greatly enjoyed The Good Shepherd, Blood Diamond is an absolutely phenomenal movie.

As long as you watch "Blood Diamond" tomorrow night, go ahead and watch "The Good Shepherd" if that's what you're up for. Both are very good; On an aside, Will Smith was pretty damn good in "The Pursuit of Happyness" but his son was definitely a scene-stealer

It's a spy movie. It'll be boring if you have a short attention span, or easily get lost in plot twists. I saw it last week and I enjoyed it a lot.

Seems like we have quite a few good holiday releases this year, versus the one or two "big" ones of past years. Seems like there is a lot less hype surrounding them by comparison, as well.

I went kicking and screaming to see "Night at the Museum" last night with my GF. I was pleasantly surprised and Owen Wilson was very funny in it even though he had a minor role.

The Good Shepherd put me to sleep. It was probably a bad idea to see the 10:30 show of a slow movie after a day of school and work

QFT.

Just got back from seeing this w/ my GF. We both thought it was boring as hell, and it dragged on like no other. No real action in this, just Matt Damon and his stupid glasses talking to people for most of it. Angelina Jolie doesn't have that big of a roll, and gives a less then stellar performance.

Between the two, I'd say Blood Diamonds was slightly better, although you may want to just check out Rocky (haven't seen it yet) or rent a DVD.
