Which one of these RAM should I get? How do they overclock?

I am trying to get a 1GB of PC3200 RAM. I do not have much money, and found below two for $139.99 which I thought was a great deal. I just got the DFI Lanparty UT NF3-250Gb board and will be getting a 64 2800+.

Which of these is better or people had better experience with?? Which one will help me overclock the 2800+ more?

Bump... i am wondering about that patriot ram also Is it anygood... i mean we start out with low timings and heatspreaders for only $15 more than the Corsair Value Dimms.

my roomate bought that PDP ram, he can't even get it to run stock timings at stock speeds, he uses it on a DFI Infinity.

Overclocking on that value ram will probably be a bit depressing.

Probably not a good bet to spend so little money on the RAM if you want to overclock; in this business you get exactly what you pay for.

I bought some of that ram a few weeks ago, works surprisingly well. I was able to get a nice oc with the default timings and voltage. Im sure you could oc really well if you just lowered the timings and uped the voltage. I say go with the PDP ram.
