Which parts to use for new amd system???

Hey, im looking to build a new system based on the socket 939. I have a few options im considering, would anyone be able to point me in the right direction??
For CPU, either the 4000+, 4400+ X2, or fx-55(cheaper than the 53 here and 51 isnt available).
For motherboard, im looking at the MSI K8N Neo 4 Platinum, as this has 4 pci slots, and im not considering sli.
For video card, either the X800XL or X850XT PE, although the 7800GTX has just come out in my country.
I dont really know what ram to use, maybe either corsair, geil or OCZ.
I have the rest of the parts at home.
I am a bit of a gamer, but not a hardcore gamer. I am into overclocking, but this would only be what air cooling can handle.
I would also like this computer to last for a few years.

I'd go with the 4200+ or 4400+ X2 for the CPU
Memory, corsair value select is plenty good enough
since you aren't a hard core gamer, the x800xl or a 6600GT will be plenty good enough. They are still plenty good at handling games.

Go the X2. Either a 4200+ or 4400+.

Corsair makes great RAM. 2GB should last you a few years. Make sure you go dual channel.

If you dont game alot, the 6600GT should be heaps. If you like to game at high-quality, the X800XL is meant to be pretty good. If you can afford it, and if you game enough to justify it, go the 7800gtx for the video card.

Check out thermalright.com for coolers - the XP90 and XP120 are both highly reccomended.

My budget is around $2000 in New Zealand dollars, or around $1100 US i think. This is just to spend on the 4 parts - CPU. motherboard, video and ram. Is it worth getting 2GB of dual channel now, or getting 1GB now and another 1GB sometime in the future??
