Yes, I see minority leaders continually telling prospective employers how many more minority children, teens and adults are raised without parents, morals, and are addicted to drugs and go to jail than white people do.
As a contrast, I see Republican leaders trying to encourage family values, better education and personal responsibility.

But if you seriously believe the Democrats designed affirmative action because they were racist and wanted to keep minorities down, I wouldn't even want some of what you're smoking, because its obviously laced. I dont believe it (AA) was designed that way, but it has become that way. It is a way to keep a voting base dependant on your services. You tell them that you are "entitled" to certain things such as jobs, and other peoples money (taxes) and they do not as a whole strive to succceed as do others without such advantages as AA. It's no wonder that other minorities and immigrants do better, they try harder because they have to.
If the so-called Dem leadership tried as hard to push things like, staying off drugs, staying in school, and fighting to take back the school system from thugs and bad administration as they do "wealth redistrubution", they'd be bringing up a new generation of Republicans.
That education is the key to freedom is a given. Yet Dems are absolutely resistant to almost any change in the education system.
