Those are both good solutions. I would go with the Corsair simply because it's cheaper and has a single 12V rail, making it "idiot" proof.
You'll have 41A at 12V with the Corsair where you would need to watch overloading any single one of the four 12V rails rated at 20A on the Antec.
I don't know how you'd "overload" any rail on the Antec unless you were truly idiotic and attempted to Crossfire/SLI two video cards via adapters.
And the Antec's rail distribution prevents idiotic overloading of it.
+12V1----24 pin motherboard connector, SATA, Molex connectors
+12V2----4 pin ATX/8 pin EPS connector
+12V3----PCI-e connector
+12V4----PCI-e connector
So, given the rail distribution, unless one is trying to power 15 hard drives and 12 LED fans, there's about no way to overload an individual +12V rail.
Otherwise, with a single video card, the Antec is more than capable and has plenty of power. It has 45A available to the +12V rails, a little more than the Corsair.
Didn't realize that the Antec had that feature, thanks for pointing it out. Where did you find that the Antec provides 45A at 12V?
It tells you on the label...12V1, 12V2, 12V3 & 12V4 max load =45A (540W)
Corsair and Seasonic is gold standard you'll be safe there - Antec is hit or miss - I've blown or had issues with 3 over the years. Can't comment on this model.
He's not refering to 80 Plus certification. "Gold standard" is an idiom:The HX750/850 are not gold, take a look at the jonnsguru review, that's just silver!
FYI: You can get the Seasonic S12E 650W or Corsair 650TX versions for the same $79 on new egg, give you more flexibility. I'd personally go with the Seasonic, but to answer your question, both those PSU's you listed would handle a single HD 4890.
And if you want to spend $99 on a 550w Antec, might as well as spend $10 more and get the Antec Truepower Blue New TP-750 750W for $109 shipped with coupon code there at Newegg. Which BTW, is what I personally just ordered for myself.

While Antec is probably best known for their cases, they are equally well known for their power supply offerings. Not all that long ago, the company experienced a not insignificant amount of embarrassment when their Truepower and Smartpower lines started racking up complaints due to capacitors that failed prematurely due to heat.
The response to this epidemic of failing units turned out to be a major revamping of their offerings. No longer did they rely on Channel Well Technology as a source for their units. Instead, they went to Seasonic and Fortron-Source. But, Seasonic and FSP didn't satisfy them on the high end, so they gave Enhance a go in the Truepower Quattro line. Alas, Antec hit some rocks along that path too, when reports of TPQ units not behaving themselves with certain high powered video cards came rolling in, although this was later determined to not be the PSU's fault.
And then, along came that upstart company we all know as Corsair; and suddenly Antec had a very serious threat to contend with. Not only that, Corsair was building some of their top notch units using the very OEM that Antec had moved away from. What was Antec to do? Well, they called up another company. A company known for server grade "reliable as the day is long" units. A company with very little market presence in North America outside the server realm.
That company is Delta Electronics, and Antec's answer to not only the Corsair crowd but also the PC Power and Cooling crowd is called the Signature series. Today, I'm looking at the current flagship of that line, the SG-850.
