Which PSU? SL350 or Trupower 330?

I'm going to pick up a new psu to replace the cheap generic one I'm currently using. I've been having problems with my system rebooting due to fluctuating voltages when I start to overclock the AMD 2100+ Tbred. I'm trying to keep the cost to a minimum and I've narrowed the choices down to either the Antec SL350 or the Trupower 330 since they are both available locally. They are both about the same price so I'm wondering if it is worth the extra 20W of power but less accurate voltage regulation to get the SL350, or will the better regulated Trupower 330 have sufficient capacity? I'll be running the 2100+ on an Asus A7N8X with cd-rom, cd-rw, 2 case fans and 2 HD's . Any input on this would be appreciated.

In my opinion i think you should get the Antec Truepower 330 watt power supply. I like mine a lot plus it made my case fans quieter which i wanted. I still want a silent pc or very quiet pc though.
