Which PSU to buy?

My 5 years old OCZ PowerStream start having undervoltage issue (12v led light showing yellow/orange color) and it has causes me a lot problems (computer freeze, auto restart, won't boot) recently. I'm consider replacing it with a better PSU since I probably gonna build a new rig next year.

After read through all the sticky and googled around a bit I'm narrowing down my targets to the following 3 PSU:

Please give me some suggestions on which one is the best choice. Or if you have a better alternative for one that's under $200 please let me know as well.

First, while it's the cheapest, the PCP&C power supply really isn't worth what they're charging for it given its electrical performance. Drop it from considerations immediately.

Out of the other two, personal preference, but I'd lean towards the Seasonic X750 myself. But I'd also consider the AX750 from Corsair (essentially a clone of the X750):

Both of those would be viable alternatives to the X750.

Considering the price, I would take a look at the ANTEC TruePower New 750W:

It presents a good efficiency (80 Plus Bronze certified) and a very good voltage stability. Moreover, the ripple and noise levels are very low.
It comes with semi-modular design (it presents some cables permanently attached to the PSU). The modular connector board comes with 5 extra electrolytic capacitors from Chemi-con.
It supports even two high-end video cards that require two power connectors each due to the four (6+2)-pin PCIe connectors. They get the power from two 25A rails (all for themself). This PSU is SLi certified by nVidia.
There are four independently regulated +12V rails rated at 25A each one (over current protected). The max. combined +12V rating is 62A (744W).
All electrolytic capacitors are Japanese from Chemi-Con (in the primary there is one capacitor (560µF, 400V) which is labeled at 85º C while the caps in the secondary are labeled at 105ºC). In the DC-DC converter they have used solid aluminum capacitors.
Finally, It has five years warranty.
In summary, this is a very reliable product with very good overall performance. Taking in mind the affordable price, the ANTEC TruePower 750W would be my choice.
I would go for the PSUs you wrote if you are a fanatic of silence.
If I had to choose between your three options, I would go for the AX850. The X750 is an amazing PSU but doesn't provide OCP protection on the +12V.

Possibly a silly question, but I can't see your proposed system specs so, have you checked that you need 750W and the wide range and number of power connectors available on the shortlisted PSUs?
