M4H: Retort with the fact that my penis extends further from my body than my nose. Since it is a part of me, my individual reality thus extends past the end of my nose. Also a humourous jab at self regarding "Thinking with your penis" and implying that as such it should be considered its own being.
Vic: "I have it on good authority from many women that guys who like to brag about the size of their dick do so because it's actually tiny." Implication - M4H has a small penis.
