Well if you demand an SSD drive to be reliable when hot, then an automotive SSD is your best bet. Micron's M500IT series is rated to 85+C as they are designed to be stuck in hot car trunks in middle of hot summers and keep working. Probably isn't the fastest SSD around, but still faster than a HD..
