I'd also like to point out that rugby requires both kinds of endurance and is far more of an endurance sport tjhan either soccer or wrestling. You get a rest from running when you are wrestling and you get a rest from wrestling when you are running. Try doing that for an hour and a half.

I have wrestled with my friends/family, but not in a sweaty leotard on a mat doing grappling moves. I'm certainly not homophobic, i live near the gay capital of the world and interact and enjoy the company of gay people all the time. None of them wrestle but then again none of them need to because they are openly gay and don't have a bunch of repressed tendency's. If they feel like stripping down and getting sweaty with a guy they do just that in the privacy of their home(well hopefully in the privacy of their home at least).

So are people in the UFC gay too?

Definitely not soccer. Each individual person doesn't do much for an extended period of time. In wrestling, each person is going non stop for however long the match goes for.

SOccer uses a ton of endurance while you actually have the ball and are racing down the field but then after you don't score, you just jog back which doesn't use much.
