Which used phone for $120-200?

I've been using my HTC One M7 for many years and it's still fine for basic internet browsing and non gaming apps (still great for games as well), but the GPS is horrendously slow and inaccurate all the time, so I'm looking to replace it.

What I'm looking for:
1. Good battery life
2. Nice camera
3. GPS that's not finicky and slow
4. Stock ROM isn't loaded with bloatware.

if u absolutely need to take photos, then the samsung s5 used.
in my experience even new $200 phones cant take decent photos. i take photos with a real camera so any new $200 phone is more than good enough for everything else on your check list

Dayum $150 new sounds like a steal. I don't see that price anymore. Amazon upped it to $200 and I only see used ones for under $200 on ebay.
I see a used Nexus 5x for $180. It looks like it performs as well as the Nexus 6 but with a smaller screen, and it has a nicer camera. I'm leaning towards this now. Also I have a coworker who mentioned about getting the Huawei Nova for $300 in a week. It's basically a Nexus 6P with a smaller screen. Given it has 14nm process, and a really good camera (the comparisons on gsmarena looks as good as the 6P), I think I might end up stretching my budget for this.

The camera is damn good on the G4 Plus, but it starts at $249. You get a really good fingerprint scanner though. Third best in the industry, IMO, behind Apple and then Samsung.

You don't have to switch. Just buy from Fi and then cancel the Fi service immediately. The phone is unlocked and usable on almost any carrier.

Thanks all for the tips. I ended up finding a Nexus 5x for $190 and jumped on it. The international version was within my budget which is a good fit for me since I'm in Singapore now.
