The lateral arrows indicate fan rotation direction. the other arrow, for 'airflow direction' is more important you'll want the two fans in the front as intake and the two rear fans as exhaust.

The Arrows point where the airflow is. With four fans you should set it up as two intakes ( takes in cool air from outside and blows it in the computer) and two exhausts (pulls hot air out of computer case) I suggest you place the intakes at the bottom and and exhaust fans on the the top (because we all know hot air rises).

So I don't really care how the fan rotates right? Just as long as the air is going out in the back and in in the front?

Yes, the front fans should always be the air intake and the rear fans should always be the exhaust fans!!!
It´s that simple.
And in a well designed Case, the rear fans are always in a higher place because the heat rises and the exhaustion is more efficient that way.

I don't have any front intake fans because the vents are insufficient to draw much air in. Instead, I have side fans on the left side (one in each of my boxes) drawing air in, and an exhaust fan at the upper back. The PSU has its own exhausting fan at the back. My exhaust fans have no grill/grating/filter at all. The intake fans have a gauzy material that filters the gross stuff (I clean them occasionally), but are not too restrictive to air flow.
