Some of them impact you even if you don't visit them, i.e. 4chan. I'd like to see that site disappear, all of its servers destroyed with thermite, and all regular posters castrated.

ya, YTMND is pretty bad, and i hate twitter but all society would probably benefit from the chans being gone

Bing.com

I submitted a business listing ~3 weeks ago. Took a week to receive a letter via snail mail containing a confirmation pin. 2 weeks after confirming said pin, the business listing still isn't listed. On top of all that, finding a link to view my submitted business listing (while logged in) is impossible without a google search.

By comparison, it took less than 2 hours to have a fully verified business listing in Google, and once logged in it's two clicks to get to the business center.

Bing is fucking pathetic, and the only reason I am even bothering is for more exposure.

Any site with "truth" or variations of it in it's title.

ie:

911truth.org

911sharethetruth.com

mtl911truth.org

Agreed. Those truther sites make up their own "truths" as they go along. Its all a scam to generate traffic and google leads. Its a scam I tells ya!

I see no reason to get rid of 4chan. You keep all the weirdos in one place instead of having them float around the internet.
I was going to suggest getting rid of 12chan but I think you made a good point. Keep all the pervs collected instead of floating around school yards.

I think Wikipedia either needs to disappear or the government should run public service announcements reminding us its all bullshit. WAY too many people use it as a real encyclopedia.

For those of us who don't write papers it's quite helpful.

Twitter, so that "news organizations" stop reporting Twitters posts like news.

"ESPN has just learned that LeBron James has just posted a Twitter pic of him wearing a NY Yankees baseball cap before today's practice. LEBRON TO THE KNICKS IN 2010, CONFIRMED!!!"

Yeah, the only reason why I hate twitter is that other media outlets want to be cool so they use twitter in some way.
