Which would you get?

Hey guys

I'm trying to decide which watch I should buy... it's a toss up between this Citizen and this Seiko.

Anyone own/have experience with either of these watches? Which would you get?

PS: Please don't suggest other options... I kind of have my mind set on one of these 2

Citizen, because it is built to last and carries the insignia of the Blue Angels pilots of the US Air Force.
Also, FYI, many celebrities such as cricketer Kevin Pietersen and American ice skater Sasha Cohen wear a Citizen Watch.

I like the seiko because it doesnt have a lcd in it. the seiko is more classic

the citizen. titanium makes it stronger and lighter.

I don't like watches with LCD on them...maybe you can get used to the orange in the 2nd one.

I have a Seiko Chronograph Titanium, and you will be amazed at how comfortable a titanium watch is.
It is so light, your other watches will feel like a brick strapped to your wrist.
I doubt I will ever own anything but titanium again. (Except for the other Seiko Perpetual Calendar I received as a gift)

The only downside to titanium, is that the brushed flat look scratches easily.

I own the Skyhawk, but with the steel bracelet, not the titanium. I tried both on before I bought them. The titanium was way too light for me; it didn't feel like a "man's" watch. The steel bracelet version feels perfect.

Seiko quality is nice. I've been using a kinetic one for the last 10 years or so. The time loss per month is minimal.

Neither do it for me. The Seiko is a no go simply because its design precludes ever changing the bracelet (see how the lugs are half the width of the bracelet?) I don't like the citizen either as it is too busy. Of the two, the citizen is probably the better choice if you like its looks.

If I were buying a chronograph watch for 200 pounds, I'd buy a Precista 89 100 metre CHRONOGRAPH - PRS-17-C (scroll down to second watch).

I say go with the Seiko. I think it looks better than the Citizen.
