Rush Limbaugh: "We need segregated buses"

CALLER: Hi, Rush. Hey, I just was commenting on the Belleville incident with the kids on the bus. You're right. They did report that last night as being racially motivated, but I just heard the news before your show started and the police chief over -- I think he was a police chief, some law enforcement -- there said that after further investigation of it would be not racially motivated. He said he should have been more professional before he commented on it and investigated it more before he decided and stated that it was racially motivated.

RUSH: Well, did he say why, in Obama's America, that incident with the white kid getting beat up on the black school bus was not racially motivated?

CALLER: I didn't hear him comment about that. No, sir.

RUSH: Because we've seen the videotape. Have you seen the videotape?

CALLER: Oh, yeah, sure.

RUSH: We can't hear what's being said.

CALLER: No.

RUSH: So we don't know what obvious taunts this lone white student was dishing out to the whole bus.

CALLER: Right.

RUSH: We don't know what obvious taunts.

CALLER: Right.

RUSH: Worse than the obvious verbal taunts, we all know the racism that was in the kid's mind. I mean Newsweek magazine says he was born a racist. So you know the white kid is sitting there thinking N-word and all kinds of things being surrounded by these black students. They knew that. They knew that and so they just descended on the kid and beat him up. We've seen the videotape. What did the police chief investigate?

CALLER: He did not comment on anything other than he said more investigations shows that it was not racially motivated.

RUSH: I think the guy is wrong. I think not only was it racism, it's justifiable racism.

CALLER: True.

RUSH: I mean, that's the lesson that we're being taught here today. Kid shouldn't have been on the bus anyway.

CALLER: Right.

RUSH: We need segregated buses. It was invading of space and so forth. This is Obama's America.

Any idiot who actually listened to the show knew it was in sarcasm, and anyone actually reading the transcript can detect it as well.

But no. By all means, be spoonfed.

In other news Rush Limbaugh is contemplating donating money to George Obama, that's Barrack Hussein Obama's brother that lives in Kenya.

Will this make Rush, Obama's brother's keeper?

Be careful with what you do in your free time.

Is that a veiled threat?

No, I was referring to the pain in your anus.

Did I ever refer to myself or anyone else? I think not. It was a general statement. Kind of like yours. You made it personal!

MSNBC and CNN reported the bus incident. They also reported the Jena 6 incident. They report on every incident of black on white violence that hits the major news wires. What they didn't do, and what your heroes love to do, is imply that all black people are evil because of the actions of a select few. Why don't you comment on Limbaugh saying that black folks have free reign to attack white people in Obama's America?

Correction they overwhelmingly report on any incident of racism toward blacks by whites(or any other race) that hits the airways. Got to milk that bread and butter card. Again let me know when you start posting in the other direction. Its convenient to always cherry pick articles that suit your views and agendas.

As for Limbaugh comments well they are credible in a sense (Despite his blustery nature of his commentary.) because if the situation on that bus were reverse we'd still be hearing about that news item from individuals like yourself. No doubt you'd of probably included that in your series of links. Hell Eric Holder himself would of probably issued fourth another chastisement.

Proof or shut it.

Incidentally, these are the people who traditionally vote Republican.

Anecdotally, a few years ago (2005,) I worked IT at a small hospital in a Southern town that once trained Army Rangers for DDay, to give you a hint. I made friends with a lady who ran the lab. She was highly intelligent, world traveled via the Peace Corps, and had dry sense of humor, which I like. She was also black. I was ostracized from fellow white coworkers that point on. Not every other white colleague, mind you, but most. I couldn't get the time of day from most of the white women I worked with. I was a "n****r lover." I actually overheard that term.

So, when I hear Joe Scarborough, or some other GOP apologist saying that their party isn't crawling with racists, I know they're fucking liars, or completely out of touch with real (blue collar) America.

The thing to remember in GOP politics is that they are marketing to *whites* on race issues, not to blacks whom they've written off with their 90% Democratic voting.

They don't appoint a Clarence Thomas or put token blacks in front of the cameras at their convention to win over blacks, who are just pissed off by tokenism, it's for the whites who want to be reassured that the GOP isn't the KKK - they want a pretense that it's not rcist - but which leaves the GOP free to use race a bit more subtly to win over white voters by focusing on issues that get whites to resent blacks, without actually looking like they're going it for race issue exploitation.

Robert Byrd is the KKK and he is the democratic party, getting a "black boy" elected by the Dem's is tokenism, just like Jimmy Carter stated.

I know you're Budmantom and so you're just trolling and acting like you're 12, but your stupid post made me look up something. Speaking of 'tokenism', do you guys know how many black Republican members of Congress there are? Zero. The Republicans can't even get a token black guy in there.

Oh and just for you Budmantom, the definition of 'token' in this context is "minimal, perfunctory; merely symbolic". Since when is nominating (and electing) someone to the most powerful position on the entire planet a minimal or perfunctory gesture? Wait, what am I saying? You probably didn't even know what the word meant.

You say a lot but ignore my post and the point, how eskimovic of you.

If memory serves me correctly, Condoleezza Rice, Clarence Thomas(2nd) and Colin Powell all held positions under the Republicans that blacks and or women have never held before. All heavily ridiculed, belittled and insulted by the Dem's

BTW how many current Republican members of congress are or have been member of the KKK like Robert Sheets Byrd? How many Republican presidents called Barrrack Husssein Obama a black boy?
