Just to reiterate what disingenuous scumbags like DSF champion, it's that the woman hitting Nazis gets a max penalty, while Nazis aren't prosecuted.

The assault charge was filed after a video surfaced of Felarca punching Nigel Walker, a member of the TWP. Many others also claimed injury, and Felarca herself came away with stab wounds that resulted in 24 stitches in her head and arm, according to the dismissal motion.

It's not that she hit the Nazi, it's that she's not a conservative tribal member. If she were a conservative and body slammed a journalist, or ran someone over with a car, no big deal....the liberal commie probably had it coming.

Besides, since when have Nazi ideals been anything but nonviolent? I certainly can't recall a time....ever.
