Only sure fire way to get real results and in a healthy manner: Dentist whitening.

Also note that some people are just flat out blessed with whiter teeth than others. For a lot of people, it's just not possible to get snow white teeth but with dental trays, you can expect 4-7 shades whiter. You'll be lucky to get 1-2 with drugstore strips and the results won't last nearly as long.

Studies show that toothpastes are basically ineffective. But many strips/gels are effective. You are simply misinformed.

So, you've never been to the dentist and you just assume you have no cavities? Why not go and find out for certain. The best diet and the best brushing in the world won't stop all cavities. Are you just in denial? You might be lucky and have no cavities. Or you might have several.

Studies show that strips/gels provide minimal results and won't come anywhere remotely close to what custom trays will provide. You are simply wasting your money if you believe otherwise.

But they will provide results. If all you need is a small shift, then for $15 you get what you need.

If you need more than a small shift, then yes the expensive dentist route works better. However, to imply that everyone needs to go the expensive route is simply wrong.

The OP said he noticed people with glowing white teeth and wanted to know how to accomplish that. Under that premise, strips/gels are in fact ineffective and only a trip to the dentist going to achieve the desired results. Sure, you may notice a slight change in color with store-bought products but they're not going to be very noticable to most people you come in contact with. And the results from the strips do not last nearly as long as the 15% and 20% stuff you get at the doctor. So to maintain even minimal results with strips, you're gonna spend far more than $15 and still won't have white teeth.

You don't just go to a dentist so they can find cavities. You have no idea how much crap is in your teeth and gums that brushing, flossing, and rinsing totally miss. Seriously, just go once and find out. Your mouth will thank you.

You're an idiot. There is no way you can tell us you have no cavities when you have never been to the dentist. Diet, and good brushing aside, you just don't know.

By the way, my dentist said do not go near the white strips or the dentist applied whitening techniques. There are indications that the bleach and U/V light are damaging the tooth enamel and will create more grief down the road.

24 minutes of brushing every day for 15 years has probably caused excessive wearing of your enamel. You should see a dentist at least once a year whether or not you think you have cavities.

Ok, so ur dentist said that, what do i do now, that you said NOT to go to a dentist, while others are saying I should, but yet i shouldn't because it'd kill me in time!

Also, I remember my aunt used to wrinse with 5% peroxide. What does that do.

No one has yet answered my question as to what color are teeth suppose to be? Not considering how asthetically pleasing they are.

Well, it's hard to give you a text-description, but if/when you go to a dentist ask them to show you a shade called "A2".

THAT'S about as white as teeth should naturally look.

P.S............GO TO THE DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!!
