I'm running a reference RX480 4GB with an i7-6700K in a Dell Precision desktop with stock 365W power supply. I'm worried 365W is not enough, where is that Kill-A-Watt meter when I need it! Anyone else running theirs on a lower wattage power supply?
So, all you 480 owners, how is the overclocking looking?

That's unfortunately the case for the rest of the world as well, sans UK & US, & retailer gouging is quickly becoming the norm for most GPU launches!I was about to buy a 480, but the prices here are crazy with next to no real availability. 320-400€(yes thats 350USD+) for reference models is a no go for me. The AIB cards will probably be even more expensive. I guess the waiting game continues for me until the prices settle.
Thats true, but its still sad that the RX 480 costs in here almost as much as GTX 1070 in US.That's unfortunately the case for the rest of the world as well, sans UK & US, & retailer gouging is quickly becoming the norm for most GPU launches!
Expected delivery date for Sapphire Nitro 4G in a shop in Austria: August 1stLieferzeit: Lieferbar vorauss. ab 1.8.16
Man I just want a reference 480 for $200 at this point. Forget the nitro. Just sell me a 480 for msrp damnit.
The 4gb sapphire on Amazon has been coming in and out.Set nowinstock notifications, there have been some trickling out but you have to react quickly to have a chance.
My guess is it won't come until August, or mid August.Sapphire teased the Nitro again today after a countdown...how disappointing.
Still, I considered buying from OCUK because the pound is down and you can pre-order it there.
£233.27= $256.87 that includes shipping
Cheaper than US price.

How will that work for support? Do you get to contact sapphire in US or you will need to send it to the UK?
If they accept PayPal, I may put in a preorder over there if I don't find a new monitor soon and get a 1070 to go along with the monitor.
So according to this Facebook post they say check the sites regularly for stock, since release is today.
Yep! same reply I got on FB from them as well.
Still, I don't feel too bad if I take advantage of the weaker currency.

That's the only thing holding me back. I think the 8gb version is $270 converted over. I do think this would include VAT too. I'm going to try and mess around the site to see what the checkout process looks like.I don't know about the support which I admit is the wild card.
They take Paypal and Amazon as well as Debit/Credit
--If the 4gb can be unlocked to 8gb, though.... :hmm:

Read the review looks like the 8gb version will have a higher OC.
Edit: Tried to check out on OC UK. Total converted over and shipped $305.
Not going to do it since if you buy it here on newegg there is no tax in my state yet so I would only pay shipping.
They do allow to deliver to the US. It's an option when I go to check out. But when it calculates total, I see that it drops the VAT and it's £209. With delivery fee converted over it comes to $305.If you buy from EU to the US you dont pay VAT. But the Shop should have a permission to sell outside of the EU.

Once I go to PayPal the price jumps to £249.95 which converts over to $327.
I have a 780 Classified and game at 1440p. I was hoping one of the custom OC 480s would be a nice upgrade but now I'm guessing they'd only give me about 10% performance increase in DX11. I wanted to go AMD but it seems like the 1070 is the only worthwhile move right now.
