Who collects TV shows?

I collect a lot of shows.
I've got Star Trek, TNG, DS9, Voyager,Enterprise,B5, Smallville,Highlander,Stargate SG-1,Red Dwarf, The Shield, M*A*S*H, and various other limited run shows.

Unfortunatly the DVD sets are $$$$, so my DVD collection isn't catching up to my MPEGs I've recorded.


So who collects or watches what??

The only one I have is Newsradio. The first 5 episodes of the first season. They need to make a Newsradio DVD ASAP.

On VHS, I have the complete series of Seinfeld.

On DVD's, I have Simpsons, South Park, Family Guy, Friends.

i used to capture and encode ds9, voyager, and friends, but it took up way too much time after a while. but at least i finished my ds9 and voyager collections but, now that ds9 is on dvd, i couldnt resist owning the collector sets.

I have the Soprano's first season boxed set, but I only got into the series after all the deals could be had on them. Now, it's like $50-80 per season .

But I'll get em all eventually . And hopefully pick up season 4 when it's cheap this time

i'm waiting for some of the box sets to hit the used stores, the star trek stuff is F-ing rediculous. they want $100 a season.

Looking for fastlane's first season, 50 bucks at ebay(kinda high). The simpsons season's are really expensive like 40 bucks a season x 13 seasons=mucho diñero!

I only collect Friends (all 209 episodes ever made so far, in mpg/avi) and Alias. I also have every Dark Angel on CDR now that it's out of syndication.

I started collecting 24, but I personally don't think it has much in terms of re-play material... so I just download, watch, and wipe.

Well maybe I shouldn't be too surprised.
I have the box sets for Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy and South Park.
All the Star Treks too expensive for me at the moment.
I have the first 3 seasons of Sopranos on SVCD, as well as both seasons of Dark Angel.

Still got all Transformer (o.g.) and most clips of SNL: Celebrity Jeopardy (priceless).

I use to collect Enterprise, Alias on MPEGS but gave up.
I use to have all of Roswell.
