I've never smoked tobacco either, didn't like the smell and didn't see a reason to ever start.

Drank alcohol a while, but stopped doing that too. Saves money, and saves your health too

I tried it once, a couple months ago. All it really did was made my mouth taste like shit. Not even a tiny spark of a "high" at all. Utterly underwhelming and unpleasant.

I used to smoke heavily but then about 2 years about I stopped and still lived with people that smoked heavily also. I'll smoke maybe once or twice a year now.

Both of these.

My father smoked tabacco (pipe and cig versions) growing up. I hated every second being around it. I swore off tabacco because of him and have never even tried to smoke it.

Weed OTOH, I don't see a point to. My ex-fiancee used to smoke, and I was around her a few times when she did. I didn't get the point, and seemed pretty much a waste of time. I have nothing against doing it, but it's just not for me. I can't take the chance at getting fired either.
